Download & Decrypt Documents
Documents are downloaded from 13documents.com via strong TLS/SSL security. Depending on your server hardware, multiple documents may be downloaded synchronously to improve performance and shorten the amount of time the client application is running on your server. The client application will then proceed to decrypt the document and attach the document to the case.
All documents uploaded from debtor counsel and other filers are encrypted with PGP encryption. This increases the security of the document while at-rest on 13 Documents server(s). Only the Trusteeship can decrypt documents uploaded on 13documents.com. Using the Trustee's private key, the client application will decrypt the downloaded document prior to attaching the document to the case.
